Tujague's - New Orleans

Tujague's is the second oldest restaurant in New Orleans.  It only serves a set 5 course meal. The daily selections are never in print but always on the tongues of the never changing wait staff.  This is one of our all time favorite spots.
Brase devoured his meal and ate his weight in shrimp remoulade, corn and crab bisque, braised beef brisket, garlic seared filet mignon and slow roasted pork.  We were very surprised that our little one turned down the fantastic pecan praline bread pudding.

We ended our day on the balcony of Tujague's Restaurant watching the amazing 4th of July fireworks display over the Mississippi River.
