Nursery Time

Nursery Friends
We have started to assemble small groups of "friends" for our little bundle of joy. They are scattered around the nursery that is every evolving. As for the nursery theme, well... we are not theme people. We feel a little bad because everyone we know has a "Theme". So we have come up with a compromise. We have decided to develop a traditional "English" nursery. This is not really a theme but more of a desired look. We have also included a picture of the unfinished room. Keep in mind it is still a work in progress and we have not finished making the crib bedding or completed the mural. Actually, we are still missing the crib. Hope you enjoyed the pics and thanks for looking.

Got to tell you guys... I'm loving the nursery theme of "traditional english". Also wanted to share with you a site that I wish we would have found before we bought our crib - poshtots.com - get past the items on the home page (the one crib is $47,000) and you will see a better balance of the items that they have.

Hey you guys...I LOVE your nursery! We're still building ours. Thanks for following our blog! Oh your reading list is great but you have to get And Tango Makes Three...I posted on it some time ago. It's a great book about adoption by two gay male penguins, and a true story.

OK so I should have read your entire library selections before I posted! LOL it's Christmas and I'm flying on an overdose of baked goods right now!

Hey I came upon your blog. Don't know you guys but all I can say is "Good Luck" I hope you find that child for your family.
You seem like two outstanding individuals that would make great parents for any lucky child. Do your research and stay on top of the laws. I think a domestic adoption would be much easier for you and your profile.
Here is a website connected with the US Health and Human Services, it has photos of available kids throughout the USA.

Lastly, since Jose is of Hispanic heritage there are many children in the USA that are part or full Hispanic that are available. Many are a sibling group (would you consider more than one?) Beautiful children all of them. Padre y Padre
Lastly, would love to find out more about the painting behind the giraffe. It is so exotic. I am Armenian and it rings of Turkish influence.
