1st night of Chanukah...

Brase got a little dog to pull along as he walks.
Now he just needs to fine tune his walking skills.
Thanks, Gaga and Poppa for Brase's new toys!

So what gives? I thought that you are Catholic. Although there are some Jewish traditions that I could really get into too.
Let me know.
I'll check back.

Mark,
We are Catholics with lots of Jewish friends. The short story... when Brase was born he recieved a child's Menorah from a dear couple that act as his grandparents. On a side note, Jose' and I have no living parents. The idea was to celebrate Chanukah with Brase's "adopted Grandparents" and create an educated, culturally diverse child. It's a great way to share a meal and special time with friend/family. We want Brase to appreciate his Catholic roots and understand the ties the bind Christian, Muslin, Jewish, Hindu and all religions. It's also another reason to host a intimate dinner party at our home and create special memories for years to come. The link below talks about the "Menorah Gift" during Brase first few weeks of life. FYI... Don't get confused next spring when we celebrate Easter and also partake in rituals of Sedar! I hope your family is having a glorious advent!
Best regards,
Brandon
